Multiple CUDA and cuDNN versions
The correct CUDA and cuDNN path displayed in FAB Subtitler Server Config should be:
C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v12.9\bin
If a different path is displayed the this likely occurres because an older CUDA version (v12.6) is still installed on your system. It is recommended to have only one CUDA version installed at a time.
The solution would be:
- Make sure that you have copied cuDNN into C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v12.9\bin
- Uninstall all CUDA versions before 12.9
- Delete folders with older versions of CUDA files, for example: C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\v12.6
Log files & information
FAB Subtitler Server Log files are available in the following folder:
c:\ProgramData\FAB\FAB Subtitler Server
The following command can be used to display the current usage of the GPU card:
nvidia-smi -l 1
