When you would like to provide remote access to your FAB system to FAB support personnel please follow the procedure as described below:

Remote access with MS Teams

• Create a Teams Meeting
• Within the Teams meeting FAB will ask to take control of remote computer and you will have to approve this

💡 Remote access with Rustdesk

• Download the latest Rsutdesk version version from the link provided by FAB
• Start the downloaded .exe file on the PC where you would like to provide remote access
• Provide the displayed ID and the password to FAB

FAB will use the ID and password to connect to the system.
