HP PCs and HPE Servers that are delivered as part of FAB system include local support by HP and HPE. If a problem is detected with HP PC or HPE Server delivered by FAB then there are two possibilities how to initiate a repair:
1. Contact your local HP/HPE service center for repair
The easiest and fastest way is to contact the local HP/HPE service center for repair in your country. For servers they will generally send a technician the next day to repair the server on site. For PCs it might be necessary to send the PC to HP.

2. Send the HP system to FAB for repair
The second possibility is to send the complete HP/HPE PC/Server to FAB and FAB will then contact the German HP/HPE service center to repair the system. Please make sure to send the complete PC/Server and not only the failed component to FAB because FAB has to be in position to repeat the problem before contacting the HP/HPE service center.
